Nanyang Technological Univeristy (NTU) Entrepreneurship Society, with Associate Professor Michael SH Heng being the advisor, is organizing ‘Bet-Buy-Barter’, an intra NTU event in its third year running currently.

Bet Buy Barter started in 2005, to bring out the entrepreneurialism attitude amongst students. As this competition enable students to embark and analyze different business prospects in a local entrepreneurship setting in real-time where quick thinking, risk-taking and mettle are required of them.

DMG Capital Corporation will be supporting this event by sponsoring S$20000 worth of products to be given to winning teams. Our endorsement of this event is to play a role in spreading fundamental business concepts to students and facilitating the growth of entrepreneurship, which is in line with the current policy of the Singapore government. The students that do proceed from this event are people we believe will drive a vibrant Singaporean economy tomorrow.

We believe that this competition is able to motivate students to stretch their comfort zone and discover more about themselves and their capabilities. The main focus of this event is on adding value to the student populace in NTU. The aim is to help develop the youths as an active entrepreneurial community, creating Singapore’s future corporate leaders.
